Update 2/21/2018 The osmo-trx project page for LimeSDR [1] now recommends :

# osmo-trx -s 4 -b 4

Although the -e (edge) option for LimeSDR still appears to work:

# osmo-trx -e -a 'driver=lime,device=0'
